We have decided to merge OPS Mekanisk AS into OPS Composite Solutions AS.
All the agreements we have with customers and suppliers will continue in OPS Composite Solutions AS.
We carried out this merger in order to be able to bring together our two competence environments for composite and steel in one company. We will continue to provide mechanical services, but now this will be part of OPS Composite Solutions AS.
Reidar Anderssen will continue to be OPS Composite Solutions's General Manager.
Thor-Arnfinn Bjørnstøl will continue to be responsible for mechanical services, but now as part of a larger company.
All employees in OPS Mekanisk AS joined OPS Composite Solutions AS. In total, there are 67 employees in the merged company.
The parent company of the OPS Group is OPS Solutions AS.
